Welcome to Pikoba TCG. By using our website (pikoba.com) and participating in our live streams, you agree to the following terms:
The "Rip & Ship" Service: No Returns/Refunds on Opened Product. By purchasing a "Rip & Ship" product, you give Bart/Pikoba TCG explicit permission to open the sealed product on a live stream. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered "used" and "customized." Therefore, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted after the pack has been opened.
Stream Schedule: While we aim for daily streams, schedules are subject to change. If your order is placed while we are offline, it will be opened during the next scheduled session.
Storage: 6-Month Limit: We offer complimentary storage for your cards for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Abandonment Policy: If you do not request shipping or contact us within 6 months, Pikoba TCG reserves the right to consider the items abandoned. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this happens.
Liability: While we take the utmost care of your collection, Pikoba TCG is not liable for minor cosmetic wear that occurs during the handling of cards on stream or during storage.
Risk of Loss: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (PostNL, DHL, etc.), Pikoba TCG is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We highly recommend purchasing insured shipping for high-value hits. Best-efforts will always be taken to handle the matter professionally.
Community Conduct: We take pride in our community. We reserve the right to refuse service or ban users from our live streams and website who engage in harassment, hate speech, or fraudulent behavior.​
